We want you to feel confident trying Redwood Mycro. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.

How it works:

• Contact us at Redwoodmycro@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date.
• Let us know your order number and why you'd like a refund.
• Unopened bottles: full refund once we receive the return.
• Opened bottles (first-time customers only): full refund, no return required — we just ask that you've given it a genuine try (at least 2 weeks of consistent use).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Multi-bottle pack reorders: the guarantee applies to your first order only. Repeat purchases are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
