How to Take It

This isn’t about just taking something. It’s about how you show up with it.

Start simple.

Take 1 capsule in the morning with or without food. Start low, observe how your body responds, and adjust slowly.

Choose your rhythm

Option 1: Every Other Day

Take 1 capsule every other day. This gives your system space between doses.

Option 2: 5 Days On, 2 Days Off

Take 1 capsule daily for 5 days, then take 2 days off. This creates consistency with built-in reset periods.

Listen to your system

This is not about chasing a feeling. It’s about becoming more aware of what’s already there.

Some days you may feel clear and focused. Other days, more emotional or reflective. Both are part of the process.

Integration matters

The real change doesn’t come from the capsule. It comes from what you do with the awareness it brings.
